GOOD DREAMS nourishes Yin, clears Empty Heat and Blood Heat, lowers Liver and Heart Yang/Wind, calms SHEN and harmonizes HUN and PO.
This herbal tea may be taken several times late in the afternoon and in the evening and is very suitable in combination with Yin tonifying formulas such as SAN BAO TEA and YIN ROOT (Kidney Qi and Yin deficiency). Replenishing the Yin takes time!
