Description
PRESSURE RELIEVE is used for the treatment of gestational hypertension. This preparation poses no danger to the baby and should be taken until the blood pressure has normalized. PRESSURE RELIEVE lowers the Liver Yang, prevents Tan deposits, protects the Yin and calms.
Caution is advised if the patient is already taking Western medication. As this preparation lowers the yang, blood pressure should be carefully monitored during joint treatment with Western preparations in order to avoid hypotension and dizziness. Only a TCM doctor with good knowledge of differential diagnosis can afford to carry out both treatment methods in parallel.
