PROTECTION SCREEN (acute tick bite stage 1) is used to treat an acute inflammatory reaction to a tick bite. This preparation prevents the Wet Heat toxins (from the animal’s Yang Ming) from entering the YING FEN and XUE FEN and causing dangerous late effects (CNS complaints). The first formula (stage 1) must be taken immediately after the tick bite (and careful removal of the insect from the skin) for 12 days. After removal, treat the skin area with DIAMOND SHIELD BALM.
